Noteware Development Appoints Gina Jackson Vice President of Development for Las Vegas and Phoenix
Las Vegas (PRWEB) September 29, 2007 -- Noteware Development (www.NotewareDevelopment.com), developer of Brickwater Condominiums (www.BrickwaterLasVegas.com) on Las Vegas' South Strip, is pleased to welcome Gina Jackson as Vice President of Development for its Las Vegas and Phoenix operations.
Jackson will oversee daily operations, sales and marketing for two mid-rise urban infill projects. The Las Vegas and Phoenix projects total $100 million and will include more than 400 condominium homes.
Jackson joins Noteware Development with more than a decade of experience in sales, management and business development. Prior to joining Noteware Development, she served as the director of sales and marketing and oversaw the day-to-day operations at Sky Las Vegas, a 45-story, $350 million, 409-unit project located on Las Vegas Boulevard.
Jackson also serves on the board of directors for the Nevada Homeless Alliance and the board of advisors for the Las Vegas Highrise and Condominium Association. She is the founder of the Reading Rocks literacy program and graduated with a liberal arts degree from Indiana University.

Brickwater Condominiums is situated on two-five acre parcels on the southeast corner of Giles Street and Mesa Verde Lane, just east of Las Vegas Boulevard. The project's brick exterior is a welcome addition to Las Vegas architecture and includes four levels of condominiums with same-level resident covered parking. The design includes a host of luxurious interior amenities including: an 18-seat stadium theatre, lounge, game room with billiards table, fitness room, showers and saunas, yoga and Pilates room, catering kitchen, private rooms for parties, conference room, coffee lounge, dog park area and a resort-style pool with waterfalls and a meandering stream.
The Brickwater Condominiums are priced from the mid $200's to over $500,000 and range from approximately 750 to 1,550 square feet. The floor plans feature French doors and balconies, 8-inch baseboards, 10-foot ceilings, granite countertops, stainless steel appliance package, walk-in closets and tile in the wet areas, seamless glass shower doors, plus many available upgrades. The first five-acre phase of Brickwater is comprised of 178 condominiums and is selling fast. The project is scheduled to begin construction before the end of the year.
